If you choose to select Hope Tree Home Loans for your Mortgage, they will donate one-quarter of one percent of the principal amount of the loan to the borrowers choice of charity or other non-profit group or association. For example a $200,000 mortgage loan would result in the borrower’s charity receiving a donation in the amount of $500. If I am selected as your Realtor and you choose to use Hope Tree Home Loans for your Mortgage, I will match their donation. For example, a $500 donation will result in $1000 to the charity of your choice.
